About the role

What you’ll do
Own the roadmap for the LSP Platform
Develop customer-focused product priorities and metrics
Partner with engineering, design, data science, and go-to-market teams
Embed in LSP workflows to understand customer needs
Deliver measurable customer outcomes
Drive continuous iteration until products deliver value
What you’ll need
3+ years of product management experience, ideally on data-intensive, API-driven, or workflow products for enterprise customers
Technical understanding of APIs, EDI, ETL/ELT, JSON, and integration architecture
Experience at early-stage or high-growth company defining product areas from ambiguity
Track record of embedded customer work such as design partnerships or pilots
Comfort with data-heavy or AI/ML-driven products
Strong UX sensibility and ability to simplify complex processes
