About the role
Ashby is hiring a global leader to build and scale its Professional Services organization, owning delivery strategy, commercial performance, and customer outcomes. The role requires deep B2B SaaS services experience and close partnership across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
What you’ll do
Lead the strategy, performance, and evolution of the global services organization
Own implementation, integrations consulting, build services, and advisory services
Drive customer outcomes, commercial performance, and team scaling
Design service offerings and manage delivery economics
Hire, develop, and manage leaders and technical teams
Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success on shared outcomes
What you’ll need
Built or transformed a Professional Services organization in high-growth B2B SaaS
Experience commercializing services and balancing revenue with customer outcomes
Led services for complex B2B SaaS platforms with integrations, data migration, or enterprise workflows
Deep experience managing leaders and technically sophisticated teams
Strong grasp of capacity models, project economics, delivery metrics, and implementation methodology
Ability to engage credibly in technical discussions and influence executives
