About the role
SiriusXM seeks a Manager of Business Insights to leverage behavioral, campaign, and operational analytics to improve customer journeys, optimize marketing performance, and advance personalization for connected vehicle services, leading measurement strategies and dashboards in partnership with cross-functional teams.
What you’ll do
Lead measurement strategies and tracking governance
Develop reporting solutions, dashboards, and actionable insights
Optimize customer journeys and marketing performance using behavioral and operational analytics
Partner with marketing, product, data engineering, and technology teams
Advance personalization for SiriusXM Connected Vehicle
Drive measurable improvements through proactive data analysis
What you’ll need
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with analytics tools such as R, SQL/Python, AWS/Athena, Tableau, Alteryx, Excel
Experience with Adobe Analytics, tag management, and behavioral tracking implementations
Strong data storytelling skills and ability to present to diverse audiences, including executive leadership
Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, Excel, Tableau, and Business Intelligence tools
Knowledge of AI-driven analytics techniques and tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini
Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
