About the role

What you’ll do
Lead evaluation, implementation, and optimization of technology solutions
Own the technology roadmap
Oversee implementations and vendor relationships

Manage technology vendors, project scope, budgets, timelines, and deliverables
Evaluate software integrations and enterprise technology governance
What you’ll need
5+ years of multifamily property management experience
Working knowledge of Entrata or similar property management software
Experience with Agile, Scrum, or similar delivery methodologies
Hands-on AI tools, automation, chatbots, or workflow technology implementation
PMP, CSPO, or comparable professional certification
