About the role
Senior Business Analyst role on the Advisory Operations team leading operational data analysis, reporting, project coordination, and process improvement, while translating complex data into insights and recommendations for leadership.
What you’ll do
Lead operational data analysis, reporting, and project coordination
Advise leadership and support product, platform, and process rollouts
Organize, validate, analyze, and present operational data
Manage priorities, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and cross-functional stakeholders
Identify and implement process improvement, automation, reporting, or workflow enhancements
Provide guidance, knowledge-sharing, and informal mentorship to team members
What you’ll need
5+ years in financial services, Advisory Operations, Brokerage Operations, Specialty Operations, business analytics, or related discipline
Experience with large and complex data sets and enterprise data platforms such as Snowflake
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including complex formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and data visualization
Strong PowerPoint skills for executive-level presentations and business reporting
Demonstrated project management experience with competing priorities and cross-functional stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with clear communication to teams and senior leadership
