About the role
Promise is modernizing government payment processing and utilities support, and this role focuses on building and automating platform infrastructure to enable faster, more reliable software delivery for its customers.
What you’ll do
Build and automate systems for faster software delivery
Manage and operate Kubernetes clusters in production
Maintain infrastructure as code with Terraform
Support Google Cloud Platform infrastructure and ArgoCD deployments
Participate in on-call for systems you build and operate
What you’ll need
5+ years of software or infrastructure work, including platform, infra, or SRE roles
Production Kubernetes experience
Solid Terraform or equivalent IaC experience
Experience building long-lasting internal systems that others depend on
Experience with Google Cloud Platform and managing ArgoCD
Experience with TypeScript/Golang, fintech/payments/govtech, and SOC 2/FedRAMP/PCI work
