About the role
Neuberger seeks a Business Analyst to join its Alternative Investments Operations team, focusing on process improvement and automation across private equity and private debt platforms. What you’ll do
Partner with operations, product, technology, and external providers
Redesign and automate workflows for investment operations
Deliver requirements from analysis through UAT and release
Conduct process mapping and gap analysis
Drive continuous improvement across alternative investment platforms
Align stakeholders across functions and vendors
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, MIS, or related field
3+ years as Business Analyst or Operations Analyst in financial services
Experience with alternatives (private equity, private debt, real assets, hedge funds) strongly preferred
Experience in process improvement and workflow automation in controlled environments
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and process mapping tools (Visio, Miro, Lucidchart)
Working knowledge of SQL and/or BI tools
