About the role
IBM seeks an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll Technical Architect to lead technical design, client advisory, and implementation oversight for Oracle HCM projects, while also managing a consulting team.
What you’ll do
Provide technical oversight and solution design for Oracle HCM implementations
Advise clients on Oracle HCM best practices and architecture
Support business development activities
Manage implementation risks, estimates, and schedules
Manage a team's training, development, performance, and career path
Facilitate communication between employees and practice/sales management
What you’ll need
7-10+ years of consulting in Oracle HCM implementations across multiple clients
Hands-on experience with HDL Conversions, Transformation Fast Formulas, and HSDL Loads
Ability to explain and demonstrate Oracle templates
Experience with HCM Extracts, BI Reports, and Custom Payroll Flows
Experience setting up BPM Workflow Approval Rules using FSM and BPM
Bachelor's Degree
