About the role
Provides operational and coordination support to recruiters on the Students & Grads Recruiting Operations team, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting lifecycle. Manages calendars, data, and relationships in a high-volume environment.

What you’ll need
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 2 years of experience in a coordinator or administrative role
At least 1 year of experience in Google Suite products
At least 2 years of project management experience
At least 2 years of process management experience
At least 2 years of full life cycle recruitment experience
