What you’ll do
Provide advanced operational support and administration for Windows and VMware environments
Troubleshoot and manage complex infrastructure issues
Lead platform upgrades and migrations
Support datacenter modernization and virtualization migration projects
Ensure high availability, performance, and security of datacenter environment
Deliver infrastructure transformation projects
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field
Experience with VMware Cloud Foundation, vCenter, ESXi, and vSphere features
Experience with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and Active Directory
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Ability to manage critical incidents under pressure
Excellent communication and documentation skills
