About the role
K2 Space is hiring a Senior Compensation & Equity Analyst to own compensation and equity programs, build people analytics, and drive AI adoption in HR. The role is onsite in Los Angeles and focuses on benchmarking, equity administration, and data-driven decision-making.
What you’ll do
Own compensation and equity strategy

Lead responsible AI adoption across the People function
What you’ll need
4+ years in compensation, HR analytics, or a related quantitative HR function
Experience with compensation benchmarking and survey participation (Radford, Option Impact, or similar)
Working knowledge of equity mechanics (vesting, dilution, option pools)
Strong Excel/Google Sheets modeling skills and dashboard/forecasting tools
U.S. person or eligible for export control license
Background in aerospace, hardware, or other technical-hiring-heavy industries
