What you’ll do
Assess deposit and treasury operations
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and system utilization
Recommend process and system changes
Analyze complex information and turn it into practical solutions
Translate business needs into clear system and functional requirements
Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
What you’ll need
At least 5 years of experience in the banking industry
At least 3 years of hands-on experience supporting deposit and/or treasury back-office operations
Hands-on experience with the Jack Henry SilverLake Core System
Experience working with Jack Henry products and solutions
Experience using IBM Query or other data mining and reporting tools
Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
