About the role

What you’ll do

• Develop and maintain contact center analytics and data integrations
• Build and support business intelligence and AI-enabled reporting
• Turn operational and business data into actionable insights
• Support performance, customer experience, workforce planning, and decision-making
• Design and maintain dimensional models, semantic models, and curated reporting datasets
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, governance, and quality assurance

What you’ll need

• Bachelor's degree in CS, software engineering, information systems, data science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years in BI, data engineering, data warehousing, analytics engineering, or software development
• 3+ years designing and supporting SQL Server databases, views, stored procedures, query optimization, and performance tuning
• Experience with data warehouses, dimensional modeling, SSAS cubes/tabular models, DAX, and MDX
• Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines, REST API integrations, and transforming structured, semi-structured, and JSON data
• Proficiency with Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, SSRS, Tableau, and AI-enabled analytics tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, GenAI, LLMs)
