Minimum 5 years' experience analyzing and documenting complex systems and applications
Experience maintaining an Agile/Scrum backlog and decomposing features into user stories with acceptance criteria
Experience collaborating with customer representatives, program management, and quality managers to define requirements in small increments
Excellent written and oral communication, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills
Ability to elicit and shape work requirements and translate complex technical concepts into plain English
