About the role
Metaview is an applied AI lab building end-to-end recruiting agents. This Engineer role owns product areas across the hiring workflow, building product experiences and AI-assisted systems in a fast-moving, collaborative startup environment.
What you’ll do
Build product experiences and AI-assisted systems across the hiring workflow
Own product areas from problem definition through rollout
Improve product quality, speed, and value
Collaborate closely across functions
Work across the stack or move outside default lane
Help build a category-defining product while the company is still forming
What you’ll need
Shipped products in fast-moving software environments
Comfortable working across the stack
Translates messy user problems into clear product decisions
Combines technical strength with product sense and judgment
Experience with workflow software, AI-enabled products, or trust-sensitive products
Thrives on ownership, ambiguity, and collaboration in startup/scale-up environments
