What you’ll do
Define, validate, and ship customer-focused product experiences
Partner with product managers and engineers
Own projects from problem definition through launch and iteration
Use AI tools throughout the design process
Define success metrics and adjust based on results
Plan and run customer interviews or usability tests
What you’ll need
Experience as a product designer on complex products, ideally in B2B, fintech, or data-heavy environments
Active use of LLMs like Claude or ChatGPT in design workflow
Comfort with tools like Cursor or Claude Code
Portfolio showing strong product thinking, interaction design, and craft
Ability to work with PMs to define success metrics and adjust based on results
Familiarity with design systems and extending shared components
