About the role

What you’ll do

• Automate finance and internal business processes with secure, auditable integrations
• Build AI-assisted workflows and agentic automations across banking, accounting, collaboration, HR, and identity systems
• Work with subject matter experts to understand and translate business processes into implementations
• Own the outcome as the sole engineer on a problem and decide what to build next
• Ensure AI systems meet EU AI Act obligations on risk classification, documentation, transparency, and human oversight
• Operate systems in SOX scope with IT general controls, change management, and segregation of duties

What you’ll need

• Fluency across more than one software ecosystem
• Deep practical experience with third-party APIs and integration failure modes
• Real command of authentication mechanisms including OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and secret management
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs and agentic patterns
• Track record of building reliable, secure, auditable systems
• Domain experience in finance systems, Microsoft Graph, Slack, Atlassian, or identity APIs
