What you’ll do

• Support EHR implementations, enhancements, and organizational change
• Assess stakeholder impacts, readiness, and adoption needs
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, product, technology, and project teams
• Analyze business, clinical, and operational needs to identify workflow impacts
• Develop and deliver learning, enablement, or change strategies
• Analyze user experience, workflows, stakeholder feedback, adoption, or engagement data to inform improvements

What you’ll need

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, Organizational Development, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of professional experience in business analysis, end-user experience, organizational change, implementation, or related initiatives
• Experience analyzing business, clinical, and operational needs to identify workflow impacts and adoption opportunities
• Experience applying change management principles, methodologies, and practices
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional project, product, clinical, operational, and technology teams
• Experience working on EHR or healthcare technology product teams, including EHR implementations or enhancements
