About the role
Delinea is hiring a Manager of Product Security to lead and mature its product security program across multiple offerings, overseeing application security and vulnerability management while partnering with product development teams to embed security and enable developers.
What you’ll do
Oversee application security and vulnerability management
Develop security capabilities and architecture
Partner with product development teams to integrate security
Establish Secure SDLC frameworks
Evaluate DevSecOps programs
Support recruiting, technical interview screening, and team development
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
8+ years of experience in Product, Application, and Cloud Security
Experience with Secure SDLC and DevSecOps programs
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder influence skills
Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and standards (NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, FedRAMP)
Preferred: Master's degree and 3 years of product security leadership experience
