What you’ll do

Present confidently to senior client stakeholders
What you’ll need
10+ years in experience strategy, product strategy, service design or customer experience
At least 4 years leading strategy engagements end to end
Track record of web and/or mobile app roadmaps that went into build
Strong qualitative research skills, including interviews, journey mapping and service blueprinting
Comfort reading funnel and analytics data and using it to shape recommendations
Legally authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available
