About the role
Leads AI solution architecture and program management for EdTech clients, designing end-to-end AI/ML systems including agentic AI, RAG pipelines, and adaptive learning engines. Requires 15-20 years of experience and hands-on with modern AI tools.
What you’ll do
Design end-to-end AI/ML system architecture including data pipelines and model serving
Architect RAG pipelines for knowledge retrieval from curriculum content
Establish architecture for adaptive learning engines personalizing content based on learner behavior
Define multi-agent orchestration patterns for collaborative AI tasks
Lead proof-of-concept and pilot programs for emerging AI capabilities
Define and maintain the AI architecture roadmap aligned with EdTech product strategy
What you’ll need
15-20 years of experience
Hands-on experience using Claude Code, Cursor, Blitzy Platforms
Experience with neo4j, IRT based ML models, AWS AI services, Postgres, EdTech systems
Experience with AWS AgentCore, AWS SageMaker and related AI services
Expertise in LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel
