About the role
Sia seeks a Consultant for its AI & Data team to help clients address risk, compliance, and regulatory challenges through data analysis, data science, and AI solutions. The role involves designing compliance frameworks, conducting risk assessments, and building AI agents.
What you’ll do
Analyze and document legal/regulatory requirements for the client's RCM obligations library
Design and implement operational controls and compliance frameworks
Lead RCSAs, thematic reviews, and control testing
Interpret emerging regulatory trends and enforcement actions
Develop and maintain compliance best practices
Support risk and compliance transformation engagements
What you’ll need
Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
2+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or Data Analyst
Strong programming skills in Python and SQL
Proficiency in at least one major GenAI application framework (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Knowledge of proprietary and open-source model ecosystems (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral AI, Hugging Face, etc.)
