About the role

Diebold Nixdorf is hiring an entry-level Field Service Technician to install, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware and software at customer locations, along with performing preventive maintenance and supporting customers. The role involves travel, physical work, and an on-call rotation with paid training provided.

What you’ll do

Install, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware and software at customer premises
Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs
Schedule service calls and complete required paperwork
Assist customers with using installed products
Maintain truck stock parts and tools inventory
Participate in on-call rotation for evenings and weekends

What you’ll need

1-2 years of relevant field service experience or equivalent education and experience
Valid driver's license and driving record meeting company fleet requirements
PC literacy and knowledge of relevant tools and methods
Ability to lift and move heavy loads, stand, climb, bend, and stoop
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Shift adaptability including on-call availability
