About the role
Multiply Labs seeks a Head of Product to lead product strategy and end-to-end lifecycle management for its automated biologics manufacturing systems, partnering with engineering, biosciences, and commercial teams. What you’ll do

Navigate joint development milestones, pilots, and acceptance criteria with customers and partners
Scale the product organization through early commercialization at a high-growth company
Incorporate computer vision, machine learning, or AI capabilities into products
What you’ll need
8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years managing and scaling a team of Product Managers
Proven track record leading complex hardware-software products involving robotics and electromechanical systems
Demonstrated success taking complex technical products from concept through deployment and commercial scale
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field
Familiarity with advanced therapy manufacturing or bioprocess development
Experience incorporating computer vision, machine learning, or AI into products, ideally in regulated development environments
