Marqeta is looking for a Group Product Manager to lead its Core Platform Flexible Payments team, setting strategy and driving growth for next-generation flex cards. The role owns product monetization, execution, and ecosystem partnerships, and shapes investment decisions across the card payments lifecycle.
What you’ll do
Set strategy and drive growth for next-generation flex cards
Lead product monetization and execution
Manage ecosystem partnerships
Shape product investment decisions across the card payments lifecycle
Work closely with engineering teams on API-driven products
Build business cases and present to executives
What you’ll need
10+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years at senior or group level
Hands-on experience with card issuance platforms and the full card payments lifecycle
Awareness of global fintech innovation including embedded finance, BaaS, stablecoins, tokenization, and digital wallets
Track record scaling complex products from strategy to scale in API-first, high-growth environments
Strong financial, analytical, and executive presentation skills
Experience with flexible credentials, multi-funding-source cards, or related card network programs
