About the role

What you’ll do
Design and deliver customer enablement, training, and adoption programs
Engage Japanese-speaking enterprise customers at C-level, business, and technical levels
Lead workshops and live sessions translating AI capabilities into practical value
Identify patterns across customers and develop scalable adoption approaches
Connect product capabilities to business outcomes such as productivity and efficiency
Use customer feedback to inform product and program improvements
What you’ll need
Fluent business-level Japanese
6+ years in customer-facing, enablement, or instructional roles
Exceptional presentation and communication skills for executive audiences
Strong product fluency across ChatGPT, Agents, and the OpenAI ecosystem
Experience leading workshops and enablement programs
