BrickRed Systems is hiring an Organizational Change Management Lead to drive change strategy and adoption for a large-scale SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA transformation. This role focuses on business readiness, stakeholder alignment, and user adoption across Finance, HR, and Technology workstreams.
What you’ll do
Lead change strategy and execution across business and technology workstreams
Drive business readiness, stakeholder alignment, and user adoption for SAP S/4HANA
Conduct change impact assessments and develop communication strategies
Manage OCM activities across Finance, HR, and Technology workstreams
Support go-live, hypercare, user adoption, and post-implementation reinforcement
Collaborate with business leaders, functional teams, technical teams, and program management stakeholders
What you’ll need
8–12+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, Change Leadership, or enterprise transformation programs
Experience supporting large-scale SAP transformation or ERP implementation programs
Practical understanding of SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA transformation and its impact on business processes and users
Strong expertise in change impact assessments, stakeholder management, communication strategies, training, and organizational readiness
Experience with OCM frameworks such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, or similar methodologies
Prosci Change Management certification or equivalent qualification
