About the role
Tata Consultancy Services is hiring a Senior Technical Consultant to lead ServiceNow implementations and technical solutions, translating customer business requirements into functional requirements and guiding project teams across ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CSM, FSM, and other modules.
What you’ll do
Lead ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CSM, FSM, and related modules
Translate customer business requirements into functional requirements
Review requirements and support accurate estimation
Proactively analyze and resolve application issues
Mentor and share technical knowledge with the team
Manage project activities, customer communications, and project teams
What you’ll need
Experience leading at least two ServiceNow implementation projects in ITSM/ITAM/ITOM/CSM/FSM
Expertise in ServiceNow deployments, migrations, consolidations, upgrades, and third-party integrations
Strong ITIL process knowledge with ITIL V3 foundation certification
ServiceNow System Administrator and Implementation Specialist certifications
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology
Excellent communication and team management skills
