About the role
GoodLeap seeks a Senior Analyst to join its Strategy team, where they will analyze enterprise performance, margins, growth, and customer segments, develop forecasts and executive recommendations, and automate reporting with AI and data tools.
What you’ll do
Analyze enterprise performance, margins, growth opportunities, and customer segments
Develop forecasts and executive recommendations to inform strategic decisions
Automate reporting and analytical workflows using AI and other data tools
Explain complex analysis in simple language across all functions
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Analytics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
2-4 years of experience in analytics, strategy consulting, investment banking, FP&A, corporate strategy, or high-growth fintech
Strong quantitative and analytical skills with ability to solve ambiguous problems using incomplete data
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; demonstrated hands-on use of AI tools in daily analytical work
Working proficiency in SQL; Python, Tableau, or Power BI a plus
Knowledge of lending/fintech fundamentals or ability to ramp quickly; discretion handling confidential data
