About the role

What you’ll do

Collaborate with executive and technical leadership
Create and implement brand guidelines and delivery processes
Build scalable processes, templates, and documentation
What you’ll need
Fluent English and Italian (written and spoken)
Proven C-level experience as CPO, Head of Product, Chief Designer, or Product Lead
Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and complex projects, coordinating with TPM and CTO
Mastery of visual design, UX/UI, branding, motion design, video, 3D, and prototyping
Advanced knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and digital collaboration tools
Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban and creating scalable processes and documentation
