About the role
Zillow seeks a Senior Manager of Product Design to lead its visual design practice, evolve the visual language across products, and build a specialized team that scales visual quality, including AI-enabled experiences.
What you’ll do
Develop a specialized design team and strengthen partner enablement
Work across Product, Brand, Marketing, Engineering, and Design Technology to improve design quality
Set clear direction and priorities for the visual design practice
Provide thoughtful creative direction and feedback to designers
Build guidance, practices, and tools that scale visual quality across Product Design
Champion AI-native ways of working to protect and improve design quality
What you’ll need
8+ years of Product Design experience with Visual Design specialization
4+ years of experience managing and developing designers, including Senior and Principal ICs
Experience leading a Visual Design practice or similar craft discipline
Experience shipping digital products from concept through execution
Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, Design Systems, and Brand teams
Portfolio demonstrating strong product craft and people leadership
