About the role
USDM Life Sciences is hiring a program/portfolio manager to oversee multiple concurrent MES projects at MA Bio Ops, tracking milestones, change controls, CAPAs, risks, and dependencies in a GMP environment.
What you’ll do
Oversee multiple concurrent Manufacturing Execution System (MES) projects
Track project milestones and related Change Controls and CAPAs
Coordinate project risks and dependencies in a GMP environment
Lead meetings and identify project risks
Navigate matrixed environment to influence individuals and teams
Work with external vendors as applicable
What you’ll need
3+ years' experience with MES systems (PAS-X preferred) and relevant interfaces (ERP, Automation, Lab Systems)
Direct experience with Biologics manufacturing processes and equipment
Understanding of ISA-95 and ISA-88 models
5+ years' experience in digital project and program management in a GMP environment
Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Experience with Track Wise, Veeva systems, and Atlassian Confluence/JIRA
