About the role

What you’ll do

• Provide project coordination, cost management, and financial controls support
• Support budget development and funding verification
• Assist with forecasting and financial reporting
• Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage project priorities and support capital improvement projects

What you’ll need

• Minimum of five years of recent professional experience in engineering, project management, sustainability, project controls, cost management, or related field
• BS/BA degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Sustainability, or related field; equivalent experience may substitute
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including complex formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and financial modeling
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and enterprise-level PMIS such as Proliance or Trimble Unity
• Experience supporting capital improvement projects within large public works or educational facility construction programs
• Familiarity with BuildLACCD, DSA processes, sustainability-related projects, and data visualization tools
