Familiarity with marketplace or consumer app products, ideally peer-to-peer, fintech, or sharing economy
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, operations, marketing)
Comfort with product analytics tools, A/B testing, and metrics such as activation, retention, and conversion
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills; relevant degree or equivalent practical experience and startup experience are beneficial
