What you’ll do
Build secure, scalable Salesforce AI capabilities, headless integrations, and agent-driven workflows
Develop and integrate AI agents, Salesforce services, APIs, and enterprise systems
Build custom MCP tools using Apex and Flow
Develop autonomous or semi-autonomous workflows involving recommendations, approvals, and next-best actions
Support security, testing, deployment, and production readiness
What you’ll need
10+ years of overall IT/Salesforce experience
2+ years of hands-on Salesforce AI or Generative AI development experience
Experience with Agentforce, AIforce/SIforce, Headless 360, and Salesforce Hosted MCP Servers
Strong development experience with Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL, Salesforce APIs, and asynchronous processing
Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, grounding, tool calling, and agentic workflows
Relevant Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect, System Architect, or Agentforce/AI certifications
