About the role
Helzberg Diamonds is seeking a Lead UX/UI Designer to lead the full UX design lifecycle for its e-commerce platforms, delivering user-centered digital experiences and collaborating closely with product, development, and other stakeholders.
What you’ll do
Lead the full UX design lifecycle for Benbridge.com and Helzberg.com e-commerce platforms
Deliver customer-centered digital experiences through research, design, and testing
Govern design systems for consistency across products
Collaborate with product, development, and other stakeholders
Use customer behavior analytics and experimentation platforms to inform design decisions
Partner with engineering throughout implementation using front-end knowledge
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field
Minimum 8 years designing customer-facing digital products or ecommerce experiences
Significant experience leading UX/UI initiatives from discovery through implementation
Working knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, responsive design, and component-based development
Strong portfolio showcasing UX/interaction design, visual design, and user-centered thinking
Proficiency in Figma and other wireframing/prototyping tools
