About the role
Kiewit is hiring a Product Manager to lead technology platforms supporting the full employee lifecycle, from recruiting to retirement. This role involves shaping product strategy, managing requirements, and guiding solutions across HR systems such as payroll, benefits, and onboarding.
What you’ll do
Shape product strategy and roadmaps for HR technology platforms
Manage priorities and requirements for employee lifecycle systems
Guide solutions from ideation through delivery and adoption
Support payroll, benefits, recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding platforms
Communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
Manage multiple initiatives while maintaining focus on quality and business outcomes
What you’ll need
5+ years of experience with SAP and/or SAP SuccessFactors across employee lifecycle areas
Experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in a complex technology environment
Strong product management practices including strategy, roadmap, backlog, and requirements definition
Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and negotiation skills
Proven problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity
Experience with SAP S/4HANA and enterprise HR platforms preferred
