About the role
Fanatics is seeking a Director to build and scale portfolio delivery practices across its technology organization, leading program and project managers and leveraging AI to enhance delivery visibility and executive decision-making.
What you’ll do
Establish governed portfolio delivery practices across Fanatics Technology
Build portfolio playbook, operating rhythms, tooling, and data standards
Lead and develop a team of Project and Program Managers
Use AI-enabled insights to improve delivery visibility and executive decision-making
Facilitate executive-level reporting cadences (SteerCo or equivalent)
Lead large enterprise-wide transformation programs (ERP/WMS implementations)
What you’ll need
8+ years of experience in program or portfolio management, ideally in technology or supply chain/operations
Proven track record standing up or scaling PPM tools, governance models, or portfolio operating rhythms
People management experience with ability to develop a team and hold them accountable
Strong business and transformation acumen, able to manage up to senior leadership
Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive-ready materials
Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) for delivery workflows
