Experience designing, building, and managing Journey Orchestrator programs and email campaigns
Strong understanding of Gainsight data model, MDA, connectors, and Rules Engine
Experience with Snowflake-to-Gainsight data ingestion and Salesforce integrations
Gainsight Admin certification
