About the role
Vyne Dental is hiring a Director of Product Management to lead its product management team and own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery for its dental revenue cycle management software portfolio. The role focuses on commercial performance, AI strategy, customer outcomes, and team development, and is based onsite in Lindon, Utah.
What you’ll do
Lead and develop the product management team
Own strategy, roadmap, and delivery for Vyne’s dental RCM software portfolio
Drive commercial performance and AI strategy
Ensure customer outcomes across the product portfolio
Define success metrics and make data-informed product decisions
Partner with engineering, sales, and senior executives on go-to-market, pricing, and packaging
What you’ll need
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 8–10+ years in product management with 3–5+ years leading product managers at senior manager or director level
Proven record owning a roadmap and delivering enterprise SaaS or platform products on time
Experience in dental, DSO, healthcare RCM, practice management, or payer connectivity software
Demonstrated hands-on AI fluency with daily generative AI use and experience shipping AI-enabled capabilities or driving AI adoption
Technical fluency across SaaS architecture, APIs, integrations, and data, with data-informed decision-making
Excellent communication and experience developing go-to-market, pricing, and packaging strategy with senior-level counterparts
