About the role
Lambda seeks a Lead or Staff Full-Stack Software Engineer to own customer-facing initiatives across the frontend, APIs, and backend services for its cloud console, shaping scalable architecture and engineering practices for the Console Experience team.
What you’ll do
Own customer-facing initiatives across frontend, APIs, and backend services
Shape scalable architecture and engineering practices
Lead design and delivery of substantial customer-facing systems
Bring structure and momentum to ambiguous problems
Take ownership of production outcomes including testing, observability, and incident response
Invest in the growth and effectiveness of engineers
What you’ll need
Extensive experience building and operating production web applications across frontend and backend
Led design and delivery of substantial customer-facing systems in fast-moving environments
Proficient with modern frontend development, including React and TypeScript
Design and reason about APIs, service boundaries, data models, async workflows, and distributed failure modes
Strong product judgment and care about usability for complex technical systems
Experience with cloud console, infrastructure product, or enterprise SaaS applications
