About the role
AccessHope seeks a Manager, Technical Delivery to lead cross-team engineering and AI initiatives from planning through production readiness, coordinating engineering, AI/data, product, operations, security, and external partners. The role oversees delivery risks, quality assurance, and stakeholder communication.
What you’ll do
Lead execution of complex cross-team engineering and AI initiatives from planning through production readiness
Coordinate engineering, AI/data, product, operations, security, and external partners
Oversee delivery risks and quality assurance
Manage stakeholder communication
Own or coordinate QA processes for software or AI products including test planning and defect management
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar field of study; equivalent experience may substitute
7+ years experience in software engineering, systems design, or technical delivery/TPM role within an engineering org
Strong familiarity with AI/ML application development lifecycles
Comfort reading architecture diagrams and discussing tradeoffs such as latency, scalability, and tech debt with engineers
Experience coordinating external vendors or technology partners
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship for an employment visa or other US work authorization
