About the role
ABeam Consulting is seeking an Oracle GL Business Analyst for a Capital Markets transformation program at a commercial bank. The role will assess business, accounting, and technology impacts, analyze data flows, define requirements, evaluate solution options, and support project delivery with teams in the U.S. and Japan.
What you’ll do
Assess business, accounting, and technology impacts to Oracle GL
Analyze system and data flows between market, accounting, and reporting systems
Gather, document, and validate business and system requirements
Evaluate solution options and prepare business recommendations
Coordinate business, accounting, and technology stakeholders
Support SIT, UAT, implementation, and post-go-live activities
What you’ll need
7+ years of experience in Financial Services technology projects
Experience supporting Oracle GL or other General Ledger platforms
Business analysis experience in accounting, finance, general ledger, or financial reporting systems
Strong understanding of data flows between market systems, accounting platforms, and reporting systems
Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business and system requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and eligibility to work in the U.S.
