What you’ll need
3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an Agile/Scrum environment
Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum framework, and backlog management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps)
Ability to make decisive prioritization trade-offs under pressure
Excellent communication skills for translating between technical and business audiences
Experience in healthcare technology, specialty pharmacy, or patient services platforms
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification
