About the role
NexTech Solutions is seeking an IT Manager to lead corporate IT operations, manage a six-person IT team, and oversee security and compliance efforts supporting its CMMC Level 2 / NIST SP 800-171 program.
What you’ll do
Lead day-to-day corporate IT operations including infrastructure, endpoints, identity, business systems, and technical controls
Provide hands-on administration and escalation support
Manage IT vendors and support contracts against defined SLAs
Support audit evidence collection for technical controls
What you’ll need
U.S. citizenship and unrestricted work authorization; sponsorship is not available
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience
7+ years of progressive IT experience, including 2+ years leading IT staff or an IT function
Hands-on administration of Microsoft 365 and Entra ID in a regulated environment including Intune and Defender
Experience implementing NIST SP 800-171 or similar technical controls and supplying audit evidence
Experience managing IT vendors and support contracts against SLAs
