Translate business strategy and stakeholder requirements into target-state process designs
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience in business process management with process architecture ownership
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives from discovery through implementation
Advanced experience with BPM repositories, process modeling tools, and BPMN 2.0
Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to influence without direct authority
Experience with Celonis, Signavio, ARIS, or similar process management platforms
