About the role
GardaWorld is hiring a remote Workforce Analyst to own and administer its Samsara platform, driving adoption, governance, reporting, training, and optimization to improve safety, compliance, and operational performance.
What you’ll do
Own and administer the Samsara platform
Drive platform adoption, governance, and optimization
Create reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
Partner across departments to improve safety, compliance, and operational performance
Support training and user adoption initiatives
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, Analytics, Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
3+ years supporting business systems, operational technology platforms, analytics, fleet operations, safety programs, or related functions
Experience creating reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 applications
Experience with Samsara or similar telematics, fleet management, or workforce technology platforms
Knowledge of fleet operations, vehicle maintenance, driver safety programs, or transportation compliance
