Rapid7 seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst to partner with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams, analyzing financial processes and delivering scalable, compliant enterprise system solutions. The role owns end-to-end system capabilities from discovery through post-implementation support, with a focus on continuous improvement and emerging automation technologies.
What you’ll do
Partner with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to analyze financial processes and define technical requirements
Deliver scalable, controlled business system solutions across enterprise finance applications
Own end-to-end system capabilities from discovery through post-implementation support
Conduct testing and ensure compliance with financial controls
Troubleshoot and support enterprise finance applications and workflows
Drive continuous improvement and adoption of intelligent automation and AI technologies
What you’ll need
5+ years as a Finance Business Systems Analyst supporting financial and accounting processes, or 3+ years with an advanced degree
Solid understanding of financial controls, SOX compliance, data governance, and segregation of duties
Strong accountability for end-to-end deliverables and cross-functional collaboration
Clear communication and facilitation skills bridging technical details and business priorities
Skilled in translating complex business requests into structured functional specifications
Hands-on experience with finance platforms (ERP, billing, procurement, reporting) and SQL is a bonus
