About the role

What you’ll do

• Lead delivery and lifecycle management of the Interfaces and API strategy roadmap for the WaveMark solution
• Translate customer, workflow, business, and technical needs into prioritized product requirements
• Guide capabilities from discovery through launch, adoption, and optimization
• Collaborate with Engineering and cross-functional teams to balance priorities and communicate trade-offs

What you’ll need

• Experience supporting products or capabilities through discovery, requirements, development, validation, launch, adoption, and optimization
• Experience writing requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and decision artifacts in an Agile environment
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, writing, facilitation, presentation, organization, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to balance multiple priorities, communicate trade-offs, and collaborate with Engineering and cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, healthcare, engineering, supply chain, analytics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 4–8 years of related experience including product management, product ownership, business analysis, healthcare technology, enterprise SaaS, platform products, or software development; healthcare supply chain, inventory management, clinical workflow, EHR/ERP integration, data and analytics, or regulated product experience
