Ramp is hiring a Fraud Operations Specialist to protect the company and customers by analyzing account applications and activity for fraud, investigating alerts and disputes, and collaborating with stakeholders. What you’ll do
Analyze account applications and activity for fraud risks
Investigate fraud alerts and card disputes
Work with customers and internal/external stakeholders
Help improve fraud controls and operational processes
What you’ll need
Minimum 2 years of experience in fraud prevention or investigations
Experience in consumer/corporate/small business cards, payments, invoices, lending, or related industries
Excellent collaboration, written and verbal communication skills
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating schedule
Experience with NACHA rules, card network rules, dispute/chargeback processes, and funds recovery (hold harmless letters, ACH recalls)
Experience in high-growth startups, integrating AI into daily work, and knowledge of SQL or Python
